Our Services & Fees

Maintenance Coordination

Property Management Fee (END OF YEAR SPECIAL)

An industry-low fee of 10% 8% gives you:

• Rent collection and deposits

• Utility collection

• Unlimited rent rolls and statements

• Tenant inquiries, concerns and communication

• Tenant file keeping

• Provide access to owner & tenant portals

Tenant Screening and Placement Services

Project Management

We only work with certified and experienced agents. A standard one month's rent fee gives you:

• Tenant Screening

• Background Check

• Lease Agreement Preparation

• Tenant Placement

• Advertising

PLUS if we take longer than 8 weeks to find a tenant, we cut the fee in HALF.

We charge a fixed 10% fee to coordinate and invoice all maintenance or $60 per hour if done by us during business hours.

• Replacement of alarms and extinguishers

• Twice annual property inspections

• Grass & snow management

• Basic repairs

• Additional specialized services available upon request.

We charge a fixed 15% fee to coordinate and invoice projects.

• Progress checks

• Owner updates

• Contractor coordination
